This mini series is based around the theme of "back in the day". This doesn't mean we are going for old styles here. It's about flavours that take you to another place.
This beer is all about bright and fresh warm days, gardens with hoses watering the lawns, kids jumping through the spray, and the "sounds of summer". The fresh and vibrant aroma of the early-harvest flash frozen fresh Cascade hops are somewhat nostalgic for craft beer fanatics, whilst also evoking images of ripe sun-drenched citrus and the smells of the summer, should that be tree-lined roads and grassy gardens, or perhaps in the local park. Who doesn't look back fondly on those impulsive days growing up?
