Character:
A touch of sweet, sour, hoppy, and spice all wrapped up in one beer. Based on a mexican dessert treat, this deconstructed mango and chili flavoured smoothie was adopted to a sour IPA bursting with layers of flavour to the last drop.
Naming:

Collaboration is a huge cultural element of craft beer. Brewers travel to other towns to visit their peers at different breweries, and what is shared there goes beyond techniques and knowledge. By exchanging and discussing the values, world experiences and perspectives, and of course their deep passion for beer, they also develop a sense of camaraderie that has been one of this industry's pillars.

Guided by this culture, brewers fly to meet their fellow makers—traveling across Japan, and sometimes even crossing oceans to distant lands, much like migratory birds.

Yet, what drives us is not a sense of obligation to tradition. It is an unwavering resolve and a burning passion for beer. With that spirit in their hearts, brewers take flight once again today to join their peers.
