はじめまして (Hajimemashite)

A simple pale ale, nothing fancy.  Dry and hoppy with a focus on American citrus and pine. Hajimemashite (or 'Nice to meet you') was brewed with the intention to take our brewing system for a test run.

Malt Bill:
Rahr Pilsner malt, Wyermann Malted Wheat 

Hops:
Chinook, Centennial, Cascade

Yeast:
US-05 dry yeast

ABV:
6.0%
