These beers focus on high drinkability and use hops that have a more relaxed citrus character than the tropical juicy varieties that are popular in IPAs today.
This year we used a blend of base malts for a clean and tasty background of malt flavor. A hint of specialty malt gives the beer its orange hue. The hop character is quite citrus focused with just a hint of sweet fruit in the background.
