Character:
Brewed in the modern German Festbier style, this beer is lighter in colour, mildly hoppy, and with a delicate malt presence. This beer is designed for festival level drinkability while staying flavourful to the last drop.
Naming:

Classic lagers can perhaps be seen as an "every day" beer. They fit a wide variety of situations, and there's nothing really more satisfying than raising a thick glass full of lager. Maybe it's that first beer when you get home. Or that one that you crack open at the start of your meal, or drink when you get out of work. This series celebrates the cyclical and every day nature of the world's most popular alcoholic beverage. This product is "Kanpai", or "cheers", and so the most fitting for a Festbier - an example of a beer fitted to Germany's famous Oktoberfest. We made a beer, hugely drinkable and yet with plenty of body and character, created with the image of raising a glass high above one's head in a crowd of people, and shouting "Kanpai" as loud as possible.
