金髪の双子 (Kinpatsu no Futago)

We find a lot of inspiration in both American and Belgian brewing traditions. Each has its own version of a Blonde ale, so we decided to see what happened when we mixed the two together.  Voila! Kinpatsu no Futago (or 'Blonde Twins').

Malt Bill:
Pilsner Malt, Malted Wheat 

Hops:
Merkur, Styrian Goldings, Cascade

Yeast:
US-05 and S-33 mixed dry yeast

ABV:
6.0%

IBU:
40
