A generously hopped IPA with a good amount of malt backbone to match

For this addition to the family, we wanted to highlight the rich flavor and subtle sweetness of malt as a way to bring out the sweet fruit and citrus hop characters.
The malt base is a blend of three varieties and creates an orange hue with a round and subtle sweetness. Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe hops add flavors of sweet fruit, tangerine, orange, and berry. Yeast contribution is kept to a minimum but focuses on coconut and apricot nuances.
