雪猿への賛辞 (Yukizaru heno Sanji)

One of many breweries instrumental in inspiring and supporting KBC has been Shiga Kogen Beer in Nagano, Japan. While the area is well known for its "snow monkeys" that spend the cold winters in the soothing waters of the area's hot springs, to any beer fan in Japan there is only one true Snow Monkey.

Despite an impressive portfolio of beers across a wide variety of styles, to us Shiga Kogen’s Saisons stand out as being bold, unique, and just plain lovely. Yukizaru heno Sanji (or 'Tribute to the Snow Monkey') pays tribute to the unique interpretation of the style at Shiga Kogen while adding KBC’s approach to what Belgian-inspired American beers should be.
