秘密 (Himitsu)

Himitsu (or 'Secret') is our first collaboration beer and we couldn't think of a better person to brew it with than Luc "Bim" Lafontaine.  Formerly of Dieu du Ciel in Montreal and Ushitora Brewery in Tochigi, Luc has been a great mentor to us for many years, and more importantly he has been a great friend.  We have learned much from him, and we had another enjoyable learning experience working together to create Himitsu.  We'd rather you experience this Summer brew without too much prior knowledge.  We'll tell you that it's light and refreshing but don't ask us about the details... it's a secret!
