西海岸の想い (Nishikaigan no Omoi)

One of many breweries instrumental in inspiring and supporting KBC has been Lost Abbey/Port Brewing in San Marcos, California. While the brewery produces both Belgian-inspired beers (Lost Abbey) and West Coast-style American beers (Port Brewing), strangely enough they do not make a Belgian IPA. Nishikaigan no Omoi (or 'Memories of the West Coast') is our take on what Lost Abbey/Port Brewing would brew if they decided to do so.

Merkur, Chinook, Styrian Goldings Bobek, Willamette, Centennial

Yeast:
Belgian Ardennes
