三度目まして (Sandomemashite)

While it is hard to believe, we just entered our third year of business here at Kyoto Brewing Co.. Sandomemashite celebrates all the great things over the last two years and looks ahead to what is coming in our third.

Naming: The naming is a bit of a running joke and a play on Hajimemashite ("nice to meet you"), which we chose as the name of our very first batch. Sandomemashite (jokingly "nice to meet you again, again") is an American-style Double IPA brewed to put the focus 100% on hop flavour and aroma. The result is a beer bursting at the seams with Mosaic, Citra, and Enigma hops that tastes and smells like passion fruit juice. The 7.0% ABV is well hidden behind the hop character, so be careful while enjoying this one!
