This series focuses on expressing 4 seasons through the format of IPAs, and for spring we always go for the classic original American IPA.

As always, the goal is to make it clean and clear, with balance between the slightly fuller malt and a nice amount of bitterness form the cascade-heavy malt blend, also bringing plenty of citrus and grassiness.

After the brighter citrusy aroma, the flavour shifts towards a more tangerine nuance. Perfect for this season, while it is still a little cool but the air is clear and the days are just getting that bit longer.
