東西共鳴 (East-West Symphony)

A blend of East meets West, staying dry like a classic West Coast while using modern hops and techniques influence from the hazies that have taken over the world

[Character]
Oat and wheat flakes create a gentle, smooth character, while double dry hopping brings plenty of punchy hops and tropical fruits, at the same time as staying dry and drinkable
[Food Pairing]
Crab cream croquette, gratin, blueberry muffins
[Naming]
We went for a harmony of two classic composers of the yeast world, representing the West coast that kicked off the modern craft beer scene, and the popular modern East coast, used in the hazies that are all the current rage.
[Brewer's Voice]
A beer with plenty of character, yet that you can keep throwing back while watching sports or reading a book on a well-earned day off. We created this with the idea of making a beer that can be enjoyed together. A blend of two types of yeast from the US East and West Coast, two of the founding rocks of the craft beer industry. We took this, created a softness with the oats and wheat, and double dry hopped with the hops we fell in love with in California. The result is both fruity and drinkable, balanced between a neutral dryness and a good amount of mouthfeel. New techniques sprinkled throughout the production process made this a beer equally focused on learning as it was on making something enjoyable. We like to think we have achieved both!
