While Kyoto is a long way from Bavaria, this beer is our ode to what it would be like to be drinking in the beer tents of this famous festival. This is actually the second time we have made an Oktoberfest beer in the New Frontier series, and it is rewarding to know that beer lovers in Japan appreciate the series and this product.
Not too much was changed since last year's version in an attempt to remain traditional like the festival. The hop choice shifted a bit and the fermentation temperature of the yeast was lowered in an attempt to make the beer even more balanced.
