A strong wheat ale offering a fruitiness to balance the rich wheat softness and mellow yeast notes
[Character]A beer where smooth wheaty mouthfeel meets complex yeast and hop aromas for a layered slow sipper[Food Pairing]Cheesecake or light cream pudding with orange confiture, aged hard cheese, peking duck[Naming]This series was called "Tsumugi" but using a character that means spinning, taking from a spinning wheel. This beer is the finale in the series and we have gone for the same "Tsumugi" but using characters that refer to picking barley or wheat.[Brewer's Voice]As a finale to this year's keg-only series, we are making a style in line with our previous popular keg release, Miyuki, but this time using a different yeast strain for a more mellow character. We then added Cascade and Mandarina Bavaria hops to offer grape and citrus notes and work with the full body and create an almost jam-like ripe fruit character, with just enough dryness to avoid being cloying or sweet.StyleBelgian Strong Wheat AleSeriesTsumugiABV8.0%IBU37Gas Volume2.4MaltPilsner、Wheat Malt、Flaked Wheat、Sour MaltHopMandarina Bavaria、CascadeYeastBelgian AleOthersSugarCategoryBeer
