When temperatures start to drop at the beginning of fall, we tend to reach for beers with a bit more colour and malt complexity. But we aren't ready to give up our hoppy pale ales just yet. Aki no Kimagure is a great compromise between rich malt character and refreshing hoppiness, a perfect companion for fall in Japan.
