Rosemary butter roast potatoes, "Hamo" eel with sansho pepper, braised pork belly with yuzu.

We created this beer once last year but decided to make a few minor alterations to perfect it a little, droping the use of orange peel but instead lending emphasis to the yeast's spicy notes through the addition of some white pepper. We hope you agree that the changes make a beer we already liked even better.
