Our most balanced New Frontier, in the form of the Czech classic

From there we now look to branch out into yet more untraveled paths, changing hops, malt, and yeast as we continue the journey to find the perfect lager.[Brewer's Voice]Our New Frontier series has been our way to explore the intricacies of lager brewing, something that was completely new to us prior to just a few years ago. Thankfully, the reception has been a warm one, and the series is back for its second year.
Within the lineup we haven't re-brewed too many versions between years, but this Czech Pils is one of them. Fine tweaking from last year, we found a fresher and more fragrant lot of Saaz hops. We also felt there was a bit too much sweetness in the original iteration, so a lower fermentation temperature has made this one more clean and drinkable.
