太陽の恵み (Sun Kissed)

A raspberry sour beer made for drinking in the sun!

[Character]
This refreshing beer is rich in fruit flavor and is set apart with its beautiful pink hue.
[Food Pairing]
Steak tartare, white fish carpaccio, beetroot and mayonnaise
[Naming]
Made using copious amounts of raspberry puree, this is a beer that took a lot of sunlight in the making, and in turn is a super refreshing sour perfect for enjoying while basking under the sun's rays.
[Brewer's Voice]
We started the Iridescence Series as a way to introduce sour beers to an audience that may be approaching them for the first time. While a traditional Gueze may be hard for some people to appreciate, the addition of fruit to a soured base beer is a combination that nearly everyone can get excited about.

Of all of the releases in this series, this beer probably has the widest positive reception across all types of drinkers, from fanatics to beginners alike. Raspberries are naturally sweet and sour, so they are a perfect fit for this kettle sour. The finish is dry for a fruit beer, so it isn't cloyingly sweet, which makes it quite sessionable. So whether you need a break from bitter IPAs at a craft beer festival, are intrigued by a beer that is pink, or just need something to refresh you in the summer heat, Sun Kissed is for everyone!
