Crisp and dry modern IPA featuring classic hops in refreshing manner

With our having an update to our beer and company we're at a changing point in our company's history, a "KBC 2.0" if you like, and so are now saying "Aratamemashite" ("Nice to Meet You Again").[Brewer's Voice]Long gone are the days of heavy handed malt bills and overly bitter IPAs. In this modern refesh we take inspiration from some of the best IPA's brewed from the west coast, whilst taking it in a modern, and hazy, direction. Golden Promise malt with a splash of wheat and lightly kilned malt forms a clean base, with hints of biscuity sweetness it presents a smooth and crisp base for the hops to shine. I stuck with some classic west coast hop staples such as Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo that lend a beatiful mix of Citrus, Pine, and tropical fruit flavors. This heavy hop dose comes later in the process focusing on a strong flavor and aroma profile, while keeping the bitterness low.
